Our Services

LaRoche Builders LLC provides a range of residential and commercial construction services. Based in Stafford Springs, Connecticut, we serve surrounding towns in Connecticut and parts of southern Massachusetts. We guide clients through every stage of construction, from planning to completion. Services include additions, renovations, foundation replacement, finished basements, decks, and installation of windows and doors.

In addition to residential construction, we perform new construction builds, foundation replacements, and other exterior projects. With over 40 years of experience since establishing LaRoche Builders LLC in 1986, our team brings licensed expertise in Connecticut and Massachusetts and holds professional certifications from the National Association of Home Builders.
